Payment Processing Terms

Cockapoo Magic uses Stripe to take payment for the course.

Refund Policy

Refunds for cancellation of your space will be available up to 48 hours before the commencement of the course.

Failure to notify us of a cancellation within this time frame will result in no refund.

No refunds will be given after the first session is attended.

There will be no partial refunds for missed classes.

If a session has to be cancelled due to extraordinary circumstances beyond our control

a refund will not automatically be given but every effort will be made to provide an alternative arrangement. This could involve a replacement class on an alternative day 

All other cancellation and refund requests are at the discretion of the and dependent

on individual circumstances.
