Section 1. Classes

- Classes may be subject to cancellation up to the start time of the class. Should this occur, a full refund will be provided
- Classes will start promptly at the given time stated on the confirmation email and website purchase page
- Inability to attend class should be made known at the earliest possible time to the trainer
Section 2. Behaviour
- Extra care should be taken to ensure no fighting between dogs
- Dogs must be kept under control at all times
- Dogs must be kept on their lead while on the class premises except when instructed otherwise during class exercises
- Dogs that are deemed to be aggressive will be asked to leave class and will be offered a behaviour consultation
- Dogs that are known to be in season are not permitted to attend
- Dogs known to be suffering from an infectious disease are not permitted to attend
- Children over the age of five years old are welcome to attend but should not interfere with the class program
- Puppies should attend only after they have completed their first vaccinations (they are safe before the second set)
Section 3. Payment
- Courses must be paid for in full upfront in order to secure a place
Section 4. Cancellation / refund policy
- Cancellation policy:
1 month notice from class start date - full refund
2 weeks notice from class start date - 75%
1 week notice from class start date - 50% - Full refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances such as death of dog or bitch in season
- No refunds will be given for failure to attend on week one
Section 5. Location
- The hall and surrounding grounds must be treated with respect at all times
- Noise must be kept to a minimum
- Smoking is no permitted
- Dog mess to be cleaned up and disposed of promptly – failure to do so will result in the loss of the hall and therefore loss of classes
