Section 1. Classes

    1. Classes may be subject to cancellation up to the start time of the class. Should this occur, a full refund will be provided
    2. Classes will start promptly at the given time stated on the confirmation email and website purchase page
    3. Inability to attend class should be made known at the earliest possible time to the trainer

 

 

Section 2. Behaviour

  1. Extra care should be taken to ensure no fighting between dogs
  2. Dogs must be kept under control at all times
  3. Dogs must be kept on their lead while on the class premises except when instructed otherwise during class exercises
  4. Dogs that are deemed to be aggressive will be asked to leave class and will be offered a behaviour consultation
  5. Dogs that are known to be in season are not permitted to attend
  6. Dogs known to be suffering from an infectious disease are not permitted to attend
  7. Children over the age of five years old are welcome to attend but should not interfere with the class program
  8. Puppies should attend only after they have completed their first vaccinations (they are safe before the second set)

 

Section 3. Payment

  1. Courses must be paid for in full upfront in order to secure a place

 

Section 4. Cancellation / refund policy

  1. Cancellation policy:
    1 month notice from class start date - full refund
    2 weeks notice from class start date - 75%
    1 week notice from class start date - 50%
  2. Full refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances such as death of dog or bitch in season
  3. No refunds will be given for failure to attend on week one

 

Section 5. Location

  1. The hall and surrounding grounds must be treated with respect at all times
  2. Noise must be kept to a minimum
  3. Smoking is no permitted
  4. Dog mess to be cleaned up and disposed of promptly – failure to do so will result in the loss of the hall and therefore loss of classes
